支持 .bin(SLB 协议)以及 .hex / .hex4 / .hex16 / .res(SBK 协议)等格式。

❓FAQ
1. Can't find any Bluetooth devices?
Please check: ① Bluetooth permission is granted for this App in iOS "Settings → Privacy & Security → Bluetooth"; ② the target device is powered on and advertising (discoverable); ③ the device is within Bluetooth range; ④ try toggling Bluetooth off and on, then scan again.
2. Error "firmware file does not match the chip type"?
The selected firmware file does not match the target device's chip model (PID). Please download the firmware for the correct chip model and reselect the correct update file.
3. "Version number restriction" or the device refuses to update?
The device firmware restricts which versions can be updated. Confirm the target firmware version is within the allowed range, or contact your firmware engineer to verify the version policy.
4. The device disconnects during the update?
The App automatically reconnects on unexpected disconnection (up to 4 times). Keep the phone and device at a stable distance, and avoid leaving the effective range or letting the screen lock interrupt Bluetooth during the update. With the SBK protocol, the device intentionally disconnects and restarts during mode switching — this is normal.
5. The update progress is stuck?
Check that the Bluetooth connection is stable and avoid strong interference nearby. Try moving closer to the device, closing other Bluetooth apps, or reconnecting and starting the update again.
6. "CRC check failed" error?
The firmware data was corrupted during transfer. Start the update again; if it recurs, verify the firmware file is intact and undamaged, and eliminate Bluetooth interference.
7. Which firmware file formats are supported?
.bin (SLB protocol) and .hex / .hex4 / .hex16 / .res (SBK protocol). The App selects the OTA protocol automatically by file extension — do not change the firmware file extension.
8. How do I import a firmware file from my phone?
On the update page tap "Select File", import the firmware via the iOS file picker from the Files app, WeChat, Mail, etc., then select the target device and start the update.
9. Does this App collect my personal data?
No. The App performs no network communication; all data is stored locally on your device and no personal data is collected or uploaded. See the
Privacy Policy.
10. What system permissions does the App require?
Only "Bluetooth" (to scan and connect to BLE devices) and "File Access" (to pick firmware files). Grant them when prompted on first use.
